How can you help my guest find work?
Please come and meet us in Sleaford with your guest so we can discuss their skills and talents.
We run a weekly employment-focused community group where we discuss work-related topics and find ways to access better employment opportunities. We invite training organisations and other professionals to join us to discuss certain topics.
Join us for tea or coffee in a safe and caring environment. Our support group is funded by the Lincolnshire Community Foundation in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council's Homes for Ukraine Team.

I would like to help but don't have much spare time to volunteer. What can I do?
We encourage and support micro-volunteering! A single visit or conversation has the potential to significantly impact someone's life. Our community members would greatly benefit from your professional expertise. This opportunity not only assists them in enhancing their English skills (valuable for upcoming interviews) but also provides them with a deeper insight into our operational practices.
Where can I donate items for Ukraine?
Please contact us at kelly@svillservice.co.uk regarding your donation and we will provide you with further details.
