Our Services
Come and meet us at Sleaford Children Centre every Saturday afternoon from 3-5 pm where we discuss work-related topics and explore ways to access better employment opportunities.
We invite training organisations and other professionals to join us and share their experience with you.
Enjoy tea and coffee while participating in our activities. Feel free to bring your children, who can play in a safe and nurturing environment.
Our services are funded by the Lincolnshire Community Foundation in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council's Homes for Ukraine Team.
Support for the self-employed
Community Group with a focus on upskilling and accessing meaningful work or starting a freelance activity.

Employment Support Program
An Employment Support Program (started in September 2024) includes:
A Business English course for Ukrainian ESOL learners (weekly language classes over 12 weeks with community-focused language tasks)
Face-to-face job interview practice
Work placement opportunities
